360 Scholars

The 360 Scholars Program is an invite-to-apply-only, highly competitive program uniquely developed for high-performing high school, college and graduate students passionate about using their education for the greater good of our world. 

The program will prepare successful applicants to be the very best in their high schools, universities and graduate programs. Its award-winning frameworks, Mandatory Excellence and Stewardship for Character will guide 360 Scholars to become men and women of character, dignity, and extreme excellence.

This distils principles and lessons that its founder, Shadrack Osei Frimpong, has successfully applied in his career to go from a small mud-hut to securing multiple Ivy League and Oxbridge degrees and founding multiple award-winning startups and companies.

Length: 4 years total

  • Mandatory 2 years enrolment minimum.
  • Students can opt to stay in the program for 2 more years.

Program Experience

  1. Guaranteed summer internship at Cocoa360 (areas: education, healthcare, business administration, development, finance, and HR
  2. Guaranteed 2 peer-reviewed research publications every year
  3. Guidance to apply for conferences and programs including the Clinton Global Initiative
  4. Guidance to apply to undergrad and grad school programs (MD, MBA, PhD and Masters)
  5. Guidance on how to study and successfully achieve at least a 3.5 (cum laude GPA) in college
  6. Weekly access to Shadrack Osei Frimpong via email or monthly 2 hour call to ask him any question!
